Payment Policy

   • ​All prices for subscriptions and personal sessions are listed in US Dollars (USD).

   • Prices for overseas events are listed in Euros (EUR).

2. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on the website.

3. Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are billed in advance on an annual basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each subscription period until you cancel.

4. Personal Sessions and Events: Payments for personal sessions and overseas events must be made in full at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

 

1. Subscriptions: You may cancel your annual subscription within 3 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. Cancellations after this period will not be eligible for a refund, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Personal Sessions: Refunds or credits for personal sessions are available if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund or credit.

3. Overseas Events: Refunds for overseas events are available if you cancel at least 60 days before the event start date. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a credit towards a future event, minus the €200 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event start date are not eligible for a refund. An administrative fee of €200 will be deducted from all refunds for overseas events. 

4. Processing Refunds: All refund requests must be made in writing to michellemacewan.com.au. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.
